Adult Background Check Form
All attending adults MUST fill out this form and return to the Council Service Center PRIOR to January 26, 2018. Email to ttcscoutstore@scouting.org, or mailed to 3811 N. 1st, Abilene, TX 79603. Please include your Troop number and council
NO late ADULT registrations are allowed, due to the policy of Tarleton State University. Tarleton requires a background check on EVERY adult, PRIOR to the event, to ensure the safety of the youth as well as the students on campus. Background check deadline is January 26th, to ensure all background checks are completed prior to the event. (This is outside of the background check done by BSA.)
All camping requires at least 2 adult leaders for each Troop, with current Youth Protection. Please see the Leader's Guide for specific details on the camping and lock in instructions.
Registration: $40 youth, $30 adult
Registration include the following meals: Saturday- lunch & Dinner, Sunday- Lunch
Breakfast for Saturday and Sunday are available for an additional $16 per person

CPR/First Aide Certification $40 full courses onsite (no online class)
