Leader and Registration Guide Download

We recommend creating a login/profile before starting the registration process. This way you can go back and make changes to your registration if needed.

If you are registering a large number of scouts and adults, it is best to break the registration process down into small portions.

For example: You are registering 20 scouts and 10 adults. Start a new registration, enter the information for 5 scouts and 2 adults, get to the end and pay. Then go back to your registration and add another 5 scouts and 2 adults.

Your progress will only be saved AFTER you pay. If you are timed out or lose your internet connection before paying, you will have to start your registration over. This is why we recommend breaking it down into portions.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: JANUARY 31, 2020
Adult leaders: Background Check Form, YPT verification, and Adult Registration Form
due by January 31, 2020 to morrow@tarleton.edu
TAMU System rules require check to be completed for all third-party camps.
Adult leaders will not be allowed to participate in the event if all forms are not submitted by this date.
